Global Challenge: Technology for Quantum Mechanics
One of the most overlooked facets of a successful 21st century engineer is the need for socially-conscious global engagement.”
Bio:
I was born and raised on Long Island and went to Longwood High School in Middle Island, New York. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering with a focus in aerospace engineering at New York University. I am looking towards a career in the aerospace field, preferably working on air and spacecraft design. I currently hold jobs as a landscaper and a baseball umpire to help pay for my education. On campus, I hold a position working at the Brooklyn Athletic Facility. I have gained leadership skills by being the captain of three varsity sports: wrestling, track, and cross country, which taught me many traits that make a team successful. For fun, I like to go to the beach, work out, and surf. I love making friends and getting to know people. A fun fact about myself is that I had surgery on both my shoulders in the past year.
