STV promotes Tony Augustin to Vice President
Tertulien “Tony” Augustin, P.E., a civil engineer and project manager with a wealth of expertise in urban transportation and infrastructure planning and design, has been promoted to Vice President of STV. Augustin earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in transportation and engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University [now the NYU Tandon School of Engineering] … Over the past 20 years, he has been dedicated to mentoring young engineers. He has worked as an adjunct professor of transportation engineering at the City College of New York and State University of New York Maritime College and he continues to serve as a program evaluator at City College.
