Become a student within the Cybersecurity online program and take advantage of our NYU Cyber Fellows scholarship, Industry and Government partnerships, expert faculty, a virtual lab, a cyber community, and multiple cyber events.
The cybersecurity field is expected to generate many new jobs over the next decade as industry and government continue to emphasize safe data and information systems. Gartner predicted there would be a global shortage of two million cybersecurity professionals by the end of 2019 and that the COVID-19 pandemic has further escalated the problem.
As a graduate of the program, you’ll be ready for a career as a developer of security products, security application programmer, security analyst, and penetration tester. You can also pursue work as a security researcher, vulnerability analyst, or security architect, or continue your studies toward a doctorate.
As industry grows hungry for cyber talent, our partners are collaborating with NYU to help prepare and nurture the next wave of cyber talent.
NYU is happy to offer its students and alumni access to industry and its experts.
