The Polytechnic Tutoring Center is happy to provide students collaborative working and studying spaces which they can reserve.  Within the 2 MetroTech, Room 983 suite, students can reserve conference room 985 with a seating capacity of up to eight, and 990 with a seating capacity of up to twelve. Room features include:

During the fall and spring semesters, the conference rooms are available Monday through Thursday 10am-8pm and Friday 10am-5pm.  Availability is subject to change.  In order to reserve a conference room, you can come to the PTC in 2 MetroTech, Room 983 or call us at 646-997-3425.  Reservations are up to 50-minutes in length, and all reservations start on the hour.  Students’ access to reservations will be restricted if they exceed five cancellations or no-shows within a semester.  In order to cancel, we require a 24-hour notice. Only one student from a group needs to make the reservation for the group.  But all members of the group need to sign in under the "Self Study" category at the PTC front desk when they arrive for their reservation session.
