Students were tasked to examine different exit opportunity scenarios for a MedTech startup in the orthopedic space. Students analyzed various types of companies that might be interested in acquiring the startup's technology at different development stages. They also helped determine valuation ratios based on benchmarks, stages, and value proposition. One of the potential investors shortlisted by the team, a major medical products company, provided funding to the startup.
