Students helped a clinical nutrition company prepare a major deployment in a national pharmacy chain and in hospital pharmacies. Students helped determine how the company should design its retail hubs to optimize the customer journey and experience, educational tools it should provide in those hubs to explain its value proposition, and how to build awareness inside the stores and hospital pharmacies. The methodology included store observations, benchmarking across multiple product categories, as well as customer interviews and a consumer survey.
