The purpose of this project was to evaluate the computer vision technology regarding identification of property condition attributes. Students helped the company to perform R&D and learn virtual inspection methods of identifying property conditions from video. Students compared results from internal R&D and vendor solutions, so that results could be evaluated for applicability in various models related to property condition, property value adjusted for condition, and Rep & Warranty relief on property condition.
