Students worked with NYU Enterprise Data Management to architect the technology systems for human resources. Students needed to design and develop plumbing to link various systems: Workday, Snowflake, WhereScape and AWS. Lifting and shifting storage to the cloud meant piping human resources data from Workday to Snowflake with automation provided by high level tools in Wherescape. Scripting was done in a dedicated AWS environment with access to these systems.
