Creating Innovation in Public Construction Agencies

This research project focused on knowledge transfer in the public sector, and then within hierarchical and siloed public construction agencies as they relate to creating a culture of innovation. Students worked with the incubation Culture+Data working group to develop a city-wide strategy to enable all city construction agencies to create a culture of innovation. Students helped to develop a training strategy to support increased public construction efficiency and effectiveness. Students developed a collaborative platform that embedded the methodology and model for agencies to use during capital budget planning.
