City Government

The systematic application of hedonic regression to NYC's roadway infrastructure project types revealed the impacts of these types of projects across NYC neighborhoods, as well as the impact of street reconstruction, with and without amenities. Students examined previous hedonic regression projects conducted by Columbia/SIPA on public buildings, then modified the approach to deal with projects spanning several city blocks. Students used this information to and conduct hedonic regression analyses of projects supplied by NYC DDC.
