Digital Twin

Project Type:
Technology Strategy
Project Sponsor:

Fashion Conglomerate

Students worked on a digitalization strategy with the innovation team of a global corporation in the garments sector. The project focused on the analysis and feasibility study for the development of digital twins of the company's worldwide infrastructure, from backend to customer-facing interactions.

Students first created a Research & High-Impact Solutions Proposal, then provided an Integrated Solution & Business Case that outlined how the company would implement the proposed digital twin solution. Finally, students created a proof-of-concept test for the proposed digital twin solution: a tangible plan for the company to better understand and assess the value of digital twin in an actual pilot.
