Students helped develop a digital media business from the ground up. Students helped determine the company's business model, how to scale the early results from the email newsletter pilots, and moving into Instagram and YouTube, Deliverables included a definition of the target audience, market research based on the current pilot audience to better hone the content and the format, and an analysis of monetization options and business models.
