This project was for a division of a 100,000- employee global marketing agency. The team was provided with anonymized datasets to develop simulations aiming at increasing brand awareness, growing website visits, and improving customer retention. The methodology included the conversion of raw data into usable datasets, identification of metrics to help understand web behavior, ad selection and placement. Technologies used included Python, R, and Tableau for analysis and reporting purposes. Deliverables included graphical diagrams and computation in programing languages; identification of the most effective communication channels (social media, email, display ads, etc.) in terms of generating leads, conversions, and revenue.
