Woraya (Mint)Boonyapanachoti

Mint is a creative technologist born in Bangkok and based in NYC and joins the workshop as a guest artist. Her work focuses on 3D immersive visualizations and integrating emerging technologies to explore new boundaries of reality and create engaging interactive experiences.

She is currently part of The New York Times Research & Development team. There, she is exploring how technology can unlock new forms of storytelling and developing new methods to advance the way journalism is delivered and experienced by readers. She has a background in Architecture and Design and a Master’s in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University. Before moving to NYC in 2016, she worked in Japan and Thailand in architecture and scenography projects.
