Tamar Hofer works as a Career and Organizational Development Consultant advising individuals and organizations on effective communication, recruitment strategy, and job search techniques.
Dr. Hofer earned an M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a PhD from Hofstra University in Organizational Psychology and draws upon her human resources experience in a variety of industries including Financial Services, Professional Services, Publishing, Media, Engineering, and Academia. Dr.Hofer also served as the Director of Career Placement for Columbia University's MSFE program and taught all Columbia Engineering graduate students in the Professional Development and Leadership program.
