Dissertation/Research Advisor: Dr. Takahiro Yabe
My passion for urban science arises from a deep curiosity about the intricate dynamics that shape our cities, and I aspire to pursue research that aligns with the principles of equity and social justice. Using data science and machine learning methods, I analyze large-scale human behavior datasets to obtain insights into the mobility patterns of individuals and communities, which enable a nuanced understanding of the complex social and economic consequences of behavioral shifts due to urban policies related to housing, transportation, and disaster resilience.
