Christopher is passionate about investigating how the machine learning systems that shape human interactions in cities can amplify structural inequity among communities. He aims to research the impacts of urban automation, and design new ways for machine learning to be used and developed alongside city communities. Currently, he is studying how social media algorithms drive the formation of echo chambers, and the effect that they have on gun control policies in America.
