Prior to joining Marketing and Communications, she was the Operations Manager for NYC Media Lab. Rachel was the Department Manager for the African, African American & Diaspora Studies department at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was responsible for the day-to-day management of departmental operations and oversaw all logistical aspects of departmental events. Rachel holds a BS in business administration from Meredith College.
