Abstract
Technological and innovative developments in cities are changing rapidly, approaches for encouraging public engagement in urban discourse are also facing new opportunities. Taking advantage of the latest technologies (generative AI, cloud computing services, and AI chatbots), this project aims to propose a novel public participation tool to innovate the urban management process and empower citizens to participate in shaping a human-centered urban environment. Urban AI chatbots proposed in this project provides access for the public to report urban problems and feedback, enabling a supportive, interactive, and intelligent urban management system.
