Steven is the Chief of Staff at Replica, where his portfolio includes corporate development, strategic planning, partnerships, and operations. He has extensive experience at the intersection of technology, real estate, and public policy.
Prior to joining Replica, he was a Director of Real Estate at Sidewalk Labs, where he focused on the company’s efforts to use innovative technologies to create more inclusive, sustainable cities. Prior to Sidewalk Labs, Steven was a consultant at Deloitte, where he specialized in innovation in highly regulated industries. Steven started his career as a 7th grade teacher in Hawaii, where he taught English and Science, and learned moderately successfully to surf.
