    1. What are the primary challenges you encounter with staff and space constraints in workforce development initiatives? What solutions or approaches do you think could help address these limitations?
    2. How effectively have you been able to leverage existing online resources for workforce development? Are there specific platforms or content types that have proven especially useful, or areas where new resources could enhance training?
    3. In what ways can different nanofabs collaborate to create and share content for workforce development? What benefits do you see in this type of partnership, and what challenges might arise?
    4. From where have you recruited workforce development candidates, and how were they selected? Which platforms did you find useful and how long did the process take?
