• An supplemental VGA input for your own laptop computer (if you choose to bring one)
• Omnidirectional microphones placed throughout the room to capture the presenter's voice along with open discussion
• A monitor mounted on the wall for display
• A pan-tilt-zoom cameras mounted below monitor
• USB cable to connect to camera to your own laptop computer
