I obtained my Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from New York University (NYU) Tandon School of Engineering, Brooklyn, NY, USA, in May 2018, with a topic on fifth-generation (5G) millimeter-wave wireless communications under the supervision of Prof. Theodore S. Rappaport. I joined the NYU WIRELESS research center in August 2012 after obtaining my bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics with honors from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and obtained a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering at NYU in 2014. I am a recipient of the 2017 Marconi Society Paul Baran Young Scholar Award, and have about 40 publications including three IEEE award-winning papers in the field of communications.
