Patrick Garzillo

Patrick A. Garzillo (Treasurer) is Vice President - Service Costs for Verizon’s Domestic Telecom Finance Group. He is responsible for the development, preparation and analysis of service costs studies for retail and wholesale products and services, jurisdictional separations, part 64/CAM, economic analyses, cost modeling, marketing/business case support, High Cost/USF Surcharge Administration, School and Library E-Rate 8 Administration and Supplemental Surcharge Administration. Prior to his current position, Mr. Garzillo was Managing Director-Local Carrier Markets/Wholesale Business Development for NYNEX; Managing Director for Marketing/Usage for New York Telephone, having begun his career at NY Telephone in 1971 as an Assistant Engineer. Mr. Garzillo received a Bachelor’s Degree in 1969 from the New York Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Management Science in 1975 from Polytechnic University. He has completed coursework in business marketing and economics at Duke, Columbia, Wharton and The Brookings Institute.  He and his wife, Peggy, live in Randolph, New Jersey. They have two grown daughters and a granddaughter.
