Students created a Social Listening report for a communications conglomerate that analyzed share of voice, sentiment, conversation velocity and other metrics from prolific, digital and public conversations through creative means of data gathering and analysis methods. Students performed an analysis of social media platforms and provided a thorough deck of findings of the conversations for selected brands. Students also identifed a list of competitors for the brand and performed a smaller analysis as a competitive audit.
