Wow: NYU is Spending More Than $500 Million to Up its Tech Presence in Brooklyn
“NYU’s expanded presence in Downtown Brooklyn will lead to innovative solutions to real challenges facing the world’s urban centers,” NYU President Andrew Hamilton said.
NYU President Andrew Hamilton will unveil tomorrow the university's plan to invest more than half a billion dollars into buildings and programs at NYU Tandon in downtown Brooklyn over the next decade.
Hamilton will be speaking Thursday morning at a breakfast panel at the Association for a Better New York, along with Columbia President Lee Bollinger and other university presidents. The panel will be hosted by 1776NY's own Rachel Haot.
