[James F.] Adams recently left J.P Morgan to pursue teaching, consulting and advisory opportunities and is currently an Adjunct Professor of Finance and Risk Engineering at New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering. “We are pleased to welcome Dr. Adams to our Board. His background in financial services and investments will no doubt be of tremendous insight to Sokoman, especially now that we are listed on the OTCQB stock exchange in the US.
