Professor Ross to give plenary address at the spring IETF Meeting

Dr. Keith W. Ross, Internet and computer networking expert and Leonard J. Shustek Professor of Computer Science, will give the plenary address at the week-long Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) Meeting on March 13 in Philadelphia.
Professor Ross will discuss peer-to-peer designs for Internet video distribution to an anticipated audience of about 1000.
The IETF is the main standards organization for the Internet. It is a large, open and international community of network designers, operators, vendors, and researchers concerned with the evolution and future of Internet architecture.
