OPPO Advances 5G Research and Development
Smartphone brand partners with NYU to speed up the development of 5G mobile technology

OPPO will collaborate with NYU WIRELESS on 5G network technology and work with students and faculty on 5G related research projects. NYU WIRELESS is a recognised internationally in 5G research that links its affiliates, as well as researchers at other universities, in its 5G mmWave research. Its research was cited by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) when the commission explored the future of millimetre technology.
Additionally, OPPO attended the fourth annual Brooklyn 5G Summit, which was held April 19-21, 2017 at NYU.
