NYU-Poly Student Wins in Simulink Student Challenge
Last week, MathWorks announced the winners of the 2011 Simulink Student Challenge. Placing third is NYU-Poly graduate student Jared Alan Frank, whose video focused on iDevice Apps that control a variety of lab experiments using the Matlab/Simulink environment.
Frank conducted his research under NSF's Research Experience for Teachers Site project at NYU-Poly. Since 2009, he has worked on the development of iPhone Apps for robot control in collaboration with NYC middle and high school teachers.
