Investors, Entrepreneurs Can Learn More about Growing Clean Energy Businesses at NYU-Poly Forum Today


At a forum hosted today at Polytechnic Institute of New York University ( NYU-Poly), clean energy companies from across New York State will report on cutting-edge work they are doing to develop new products and services to improve energy efficiency in New York State and throughout the country.

The program, featuring new and growing companies that have been assisted by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority ( NYSERDA ), will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Rogers Hall at NYU-Poly, 6 Metrotech Center, Brooklyn. There also will be presentations from the six business incubators NYSERDA has funded across New York State.

Entrepreneurs, investors, service-providers, and service providers will have the opportunity to hear from and meet representatives from exciting and entrepreneurial clean-energy companies including startups and established companies with growth prospects in the clean-energy industry. Technologies covered include power generation, biomass, solar photovoltaics, wind energy, energy efficiency, transportation, and energy conversion and storage.
