Information Services conducts improvement survey, gives prize

In its continued effort to enhance and provide a higher level of customer service, the Information Services (IS) department conducted a follow-up to its spring baseline improvement survey. All surveys were to be submitted by October 31. Once compiled, results will be measured against the spring survey to measure progress and performance. Findings will be released soon.

Faculty and staff who took the IS improvement survey were entered into a drawing to receive an iPod touch. Professor Carl Skelton, Director of the Integrated Digital Media Institute, won the device. Skelton avidly uses Apple products for many of his department’s initiatives and was very excited to receive the prize.
