Ducommun Incorporated (NYSE: DCO) today announced that Stephen G. Oswald, previously CEO of Capital Safety and a senior executive at United Technologies Corporation, will join the Company as Ducommun's new president and chief executive officer effective January 23, 2017. Anthony J. Reardon will relinquish his current operational duties but continue as executive chairman of Ducommun. Both Messrs. Reardon and Oswald will be members of the Company’s board of directors.
