Democratizing Hollywood-caliber 3D technology
Brooklyn-based Evercoast is revolutionizing 3D content capture with its Mavericks software, which creates real-time high-quality 3D assets using multiple camera feeds. The technology, powered by ASUS hardware, achieves minimal lag of 300-500 milliseconds in live-streamed 3D content. "At NYU, we use Evercoast to study how people move in space," explains Adjunct Professor Todd Bryant. "It’s especially useful for understanding the subtleties of posture and movement.”
