The discussion on Georgia Tech's Online Program and the Future of Online Learning in Higher Education will be led by Dr. Zvi Galil, the former John P. Imlay, Jr. Dean of Computing, Storey Chair, Executive Advisor for Online Programs, and Professor at Georgia Tech.

The discussion will describe the Online Master's of Science in Computer Science (OMSCS) program, how it came about, its first eight years, and what Georgia Tech has learned from the OMSCS experience. It will also discuss the speaker's vision of the future of higher education with much larger role for online learning.
