Business class travel will not be reimbursed even if it falls within the threshold/maximum reimbursable amount. Please note that reimbursement decisions are at the discretion of the Graduate Enrollment Management and Admissions Office, along with the PhD Hub.

Process Overview

Once the event has concluded, a form will be emailed to you. Please complete the form to let us know you are requesting a reimbursement. Once the form is completed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create your reimbursement request and upload all your receipts through NYU Albert. It is imperative that you keep all records of receipts as we will not be able to reimburse you if you are unable to provide transaction receipts. You must include all receipts that indicate proof of payment for each reimbursement request. Please do not submit email confirmations of reservations, as these will not be accepted as proof of payment.
