About the Speaker
Terri Matthews is Director of Town+Gown:NYC and created the Town+Gown:NYC program for exactly this kind of collaborative policy making based on applied research results. She has been a public finance law attorney and has worked in New York City government on public budgeting, public finance, performance measurement, public procurement and, now, built environment research and public policy development.
