Tandon Teaches: Mindfulness (with MindfulNYU)
Join us for a special collaboration with Melissa Carter, Head of Mindfulness Education & Programming for MindfulNYU, as she teaches us why mindfulness is so essential, especially for our Tandon students. This event is geared for those looking to cultivate a deeper understanding of mindfulness and meditation and the effects they have on one's mind, body, and spirit. Participants will walk away with new tools to implement the practice of mindfulness and self-regulation into your life for a more present, aware, and relaxed daily experience, especially during a very different virtual/hybrid fall semester.
*Open to the entire NYU Community, though will be geared toward specific stressors for STEM students*
