About Mr. Baldwin:

Geoff started his engineering and environmental career in the late 1980s, first working in real estate development and construction, but with a keen interest in environmental design.  Since then, he has held positions as a wastewater operations specialist, process engineer, construction resident and designer.  He moved to New York in 1998 to work on the upgrade to the Newtown Creek WWTP in Brooklyn, and has been based here ever since.  Geoff is currently a Vice President at CDM Smith where he serves as the New York and New Jersey municipal portfolio manager.  In addition to his business responsibilities, Mr. Baldwin is Immediate Past-President of NYWEA, an active member of several WEF committees, served on his local planning board and is a New York State Unified Court mediator.
