The Google Anita Borg Scholars Community and NYU Tandon host a celebration each Fall to honor Anita Borg. Anita Borg was a computer scientist who advocated for women in the tech community. Continuing her legacy, our mission is to increase the number of women in the technology careers. "Girls Talk Tech" gives students an opportunity to speak with other students, faculty, and professionals to learn what it's really like to pursue a career in tech fields.
Participating companies include: Google, Facebook, Goldman Sachs, PwC, CareDash, Bank of America, Scholastic, and Grubhub.
