Enjoy great food and conversation with fellow alumni and hear a presentation from Dr. Ivan Selesnick, Associate Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering here at NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering.
Dr. Selesnick will present about his research on the development of non-linear digital signal processing methods that bypass the limitations of conventional methods. Selesnick and his team have applied these techniques to many fields including medical imaginig, biomedical data analysis, chemistry, manufacturing, speech and radar. Most recently he began analyzing eye movements to assess people with brain injury, strokes and Alzheimer's.
