Predicting Engagement & Performance Using Small & Big Data

Employee engagement is a key factor leading to high performance of people and organizations. Firms using human capital analytics (HCA) to understand and predict the drivers of engagement and performance, achieve a competitive advantage.

The conference will focus on the application of HCA to build a culture of engagement that fosters positive work behaviors and organizational outcomes. Thought leaders will share experiences, challenges and solutions utilizing HCA to attain an engaged and high performing workforce. The assessment of engagement will be addressed together with cutting-edge analytic models using small and Big Data, including causality and linkage analyses focusing on linear and non-linear behavior.Vendors with expertise in engagement assessments and HCA will demonstrate their products and services. Attendees can network with leaders in the new field of HCA.
