Predicting Engagement & Performance Using Small & Big Data

Employee engagement is a key factor leading to high performance of people and organizations. Firms using human capital analytics (HCA) to understand and predict the drivers of engagement and performance, achieve a competitive advantage.

The conference will focus on the application of HCA to build a culture of engagement that fosters positive work behaviors and organizational outcomes. Thought leaders will share experiences, challenges and solutions utilizing HCA to attain an engaged and high performing workforce.
