A Special Invitation for New NYU-Poly Parents
Please join us as the NYU-Poly Division of Student Affairs hosts our annual New Student Parent's Reception. This event is for all parents or guardians of new incoming first year and transfer students for the 2013-2014 academic year.
We are delighted that you and your student have chosen NYU-Poly as the instituion of higher education that is right for your family. As parents and guardians, you too are on a very exciting threshold, and to that end, we invite you to attend a reception in your honor.
We hope that you can join us to learn how we work together in the Division of Student Affairs, as well as other campuswide departments, to ensure that your students have a successful experience here. Some of the departments represented will include Career Management, Student Activities, Counseling and Wellness, Athletics, and Housing and Residential Education. There will also be a number of faculty present representing their departments. This is a great opportunity to mix and mingle with various faculty and staff throughout NYU-Poly and ask questions about your student's bright future with us.
Please note, this is a social reception. The official NYU Parents Day will be October 19, 2013. Notification of the event will follow in late-August.
