Faking It: Manipulated Photography Before Photoshop (i2e Dialogue Event)

For NYU Community

Join us as we tour this exhibition devoted to the history of manipulated photography before the digital age. Faking It is a collection of photographs altered using a variety of techniques which transformed the meaning and content of the image. The exhibition offers a provocative new perspective on the history of photography as it traces the medium’s complex and changing relationship to visual truth.

Spaces are limited! It is on a first come first serve basis. Once you sign up, you will receive confirmation and additional information about meeting locations as well as further details regarding the event.

This event is a part of the i2e Dialogue series and limited to all first year students. For more information, please contact
