Rediscovering Haiti - Film Screening

Academic

For NYU Community

Students, alumni, faculty, and staff are invited to join Engineers Without Borders for a film screening and panel discussion on recovery and development efforts in Haiti. The film, Road to Fondwa, offers a hopeful message about the town of Fondwa, Haiti and its residents who are lifting themselves out of poverty. The goal is to bring together members of the NYU-Poly and engineering community as they rediscover the country and initiate a dialogue on Haiti’s past, present, and future.

There is no cost to attend, however voluntary donations will be collected to benefit NYU-Poly’s Emergency Student Relief Fund. Light hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served. Seating is limited.
