CUSPxMOT: Urban Technology Management Knowledge Concentration

On Campus

CUSP X MOT

The Center for Urban Science + Progress (CUSP) and the Management of Technology (MOT) program offer a joint knowledge concentration program. This unique collaboration provides an interdisciplinary approach combining urban science with technology management.

Enrollment and Eligibility:

Students who pursue the concentration must dedicate 9 of their required 18 elective credits to MOTxCUSP courses.

Participating students may enroll in the selected Management (MG-GY) courses listed below. However, please note that these courses will be considered as CUSP electives and will not count towards the non-CUSP elective program requirement:

  • MG-GY 7703: Entrepreneurship
  • MG-GY 8673: Technology Strategy
  • MG-GY 8203: Project Management
  • MG-GY 9013: Design Thinking for Creative Problem Solving

Enrollment Instructions:

If you wish to enroll in any of these courses, please email your academic advisor and discuss your course and section preferences. It's important to note that seats are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you are permitted a course, please commit to your enrollment and do not drop it, as this will delay progress for other CUSP peers to participate.
