Goodbye fake photos, AI in cameras to combat manipulation
The counterfeiting of images and videos in the age of artificial intelligences is a huge problem, because it allows a manipulation of communication beyond imagination. Many researchers in the world are therefore engaged in finding effective solutions. For example, at the Tandon School of Engineering of New York University, they have thought about fighting AI that generate these images with other AI that instead discover them, implemented directly in the cameras.
