Bring your document(s) to the Copy Center, complete a Copy Request Form including all paper, copying, and finishing instructions, and we will complete your copy job. We will need your 6-digit Organization Number to process your order.
A self-service copy machine is available too, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:50 p.m.
We are responsible for all incoming/outgoing business and interdepartmental mail. Incoming mail is delivered to offices in the Main Building, Dibner Library and Wunsch Center locations Monday thru Friday at 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
A Reminder: all incoming Main Campus Mail should be addressed to 6 MetroTech Center in order to ensure timely delivery from the United States Postal Service.
3:00 p.m. for regular and express mail; call us for details about expedited services
If you should have upcoming large mailings, please try to let us know in advance, so that we can plan accordingly.
We do not sell USPS stamps. You'll find mail slots for stamped, interdepartmental and Residence Campus mail in the hallway outside the Mail Center.
When we receive a package addressed to the Institute, we log it into our ARMS System where an e-mail is generated and sent to advise the appropriate office that a package has arrived.
The Mail Center Staff is responsible for answering the School of Engineering's general phone number during regular business hours. The phone number is 718-260-3600.
