Borough President Adams welcomed New York University's new president Andrew Hamilton to Kings County with a reception at Borough Hall on Oct. 7 -- signaling the start of what is sure to be a beautiful friendship, according to a rep for the Beep.
"Borough President Adams and president Hamilton have built an early and strong rapport," said spokesman Stefan Ringel.
