Electrical Engineering Ranked 32 in the World in U.S. News and World Report


U.S. News and World Report has placed the Polytechnic Institute of NYU's Electrical Engineering program 32nd among domestic and international universities in its 4th-annual ranking of the World's Best Universities. The ranking was based on academic reputation, employer reputation, as well as citations per paper. 

This is the first time U.S. News & World Report has published global rankings for 24 subject areas, including engineering and technology, arts and humanities and social sciences. The rankings are intended to demonstrate how American universities compare to international institutions.
